When I let my emotions rule over reason, I become tired and confused. This affects me and the people around me. I want to rest in order to think and return to a state of tranquility. I would begin with drawing some lines, very slowly, like weaving. The continuous and repetitious draw of lines creates a gentle movement from one place to another. During this process, my wandering mind became more calmed and concentrated, peaceful and relaxed, as if the art process is therapeutic, curing and restoring the balance in my mind.
